The top of the front facade is completely covered by aluminum siding advertising the present store's name. The bottom of the front facade is dominated by large display windows. From 1917-22, North Utah Auto sold Kissel, Alien, Franklin and Oldsmobile cars as well as Goodyear and Federal Tires. The manager and proprietor was William Doutre. By 1924 Doutre had changed the name to Hi-Way Motor Co. and by 1930 it had become Cache Auto Co. Today the occupant is State Hardware. |
