Previous to this large, four-story building, the valley had used two other buildings as hospitals, but those were privately owned by D. C. Budge and T. B. Budge who were Cache Valley's first real doctors, preceded by Dr. Oliver Ormsby. This hospital was built in response to these privately-owned hospitals and was the first "valley" owned hospital. |
