Show -9- No. 81926 In the Superior Court of the State of California In and for the County of Los Angeles Title Insurance and Trust ) Company, ) Plaintiff, ) VS. ) JUDGMENT AFTER California Development ) REMITTITUR FROM Company, Southern Paci- ) SUPREME COURT. fic Company, New Liver- ) pool Salt Company, et al., ) Defendants. ) Whereas, appeals were heretofore duly taken to the Supreme Court of the State of California from the judgment heretofore given and made in this cause on January 4, 1913 and entered on January 9, 1913; and Whereas, upon such appeals said Supreme Court did decree that a modified judgment should be entered by this court modifying said original judgment in the following particulars, that is to say: First:-That in respect to that part of the decree directing the order of payment of the claims of the defendant New Liverpool Salt Company and defendant Southern Pacific Company, the modified decree should provide for a valuation of all the property directed by it to be sold showing separately; first, the value of 11,995 shares of the capital stock of the Mexican Company, and, second, the value of all other property to be sold, and providing that the balance of the purchase price remaining after pay- |
