Show 0 according to law, I advertised said properties to be sold by me in front of the main entrance to the County Court House of the County of Imperial, State of California, at El Centro, in said County, on the 8th day of February, 1916, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock A.M. of said day: That prior to said sale, I caused due and legal notice, a copy of which is hereto annexed and marked "Exhibit B," to be published once in each week for four successive weeks, immediately before said sale, in the following newspapers of general circulation printed, published and circulated in said County of Imperial, State of California, to-wit: Imperial Valley Press, Imperial Evening Enterprise, Brawley News, Holtville Tribune, Calexico Chronicle and Seeley Sentinel, and in the following newspapers of general circulation printed, published and circulated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, to-wit: Los Angeles Times and Los Angeles Daily Journal; that one or more of the above named newspapers are printed, published and circulated in each city and in each township wherein any part of said properties is situated; That I caused said notice to be posted in three of the most public places in each city and in each township in said County of Imperial, State of California, wherein any part of said properties of said California Development Company is situated, and also in three public places in the City of El Centro, County of Imperial, State of California, where said sale of said properties was to be made, for a period of (3) successive weeks immediately before said sale |
