Show the "Company" to any other person or persons, firm or corporation, for the irrigation of lands located in Lower California, Republic of Mexico, and upon the same conditions. 8. In the delivery of water to him by the "Company," the said Andrade shall at all times, and under all circumstances and conditions, be subject to and governed by the rules and regulations promulgated and imposed by the "Company" generally on other takers and users of water, and for the government of its business in the delivery of water for the irrigation of lands located in Lower California, Republic of Mexico. The meaning and intent of this document in regard to the sale and delivery of water to the said Andrade is to grant to him all the rights and privileges, and impose all the conditions, restrictions, rules and regulations which in the future may be established and imposed for the regulation of the business of the "Company" in the sale and delivery of water; providing always and of course that said conditions, restrictions, rules and regulations are reasonable, and do not conflict with or impair the reasonable rights of said Andrade here inbefore conveyed or granted to him. In the event that said Andrade elects to build one of the three canals herein provided for across the lands of party of the first part direct to the Colorado River, he shall have such right and privilege, and the right and privilege of taking such waters as he desires through said Canal from said Colorado River at any point on the lands of party of the first part that he desires, and in such event the provisions of this paragraph 8 and of the immediately preceding paragraphs 7 and 6 do not apply to the water so taken through said canal directly from the Colorado River to the lands of said Andrade. |
