Show -9- Angeles National Bank in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, on the 1st day of July 1910, Three Hundred and Twenty Dollars, in Gold Coin of the United States, of or equal to the present standard weight and fineness, with interest thereon in like gold coin, at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable at the same place annually, on the 1st day of July, in each year, upon presentation and surrender of the proper annexed interest coupon therefor. This bond is one of a series of Eleven hundred bonds of the undersigned, of the following denominations, namely: Numbers 1 to 375 inclusive of the denomination of $80.00; Numbers 376 to 750 inclusive of the denomination of $320.00; Numbers 751 to 1100 inclusive of the denomination of $1000.00, all bearing even date herewith, and being of the same tenor, and for the same term, except that bonds numbered from 1 to 750 inclusive, mature ten years after date; bonds numbered 751 to 925 inclusive, mature twenty years after date, and bonds numbered 926 to 1100 inclusive mature thirty years after date; and executed and delivered in pursuance of the votes of the stockholders and directors respectively of the undersigned, authorizing the issues of said bonds, and the execution and delivery of the deed of trust hereinafter mentioned. Payment of this bond and of the coupons attached is secured by a deed of trust of even date herewith, (subject to the conditions and agreements of said deed of trust) giving a first lien upon the land, corporate stock and franchises therein described, executed by the undersigned, to the Title Insurance and Trust Company of Los Angeles, trustee. |
