Show -12- and fifty-eight thousand two hundred and forty-six dollars and twenty-three cents ($458,246.23), with interest thereon at the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum from the date of said judgment until paid, and that the said judgment is a lien and that said New Liverpool Salt Company has a lien therefor upon all of the property hereinafter described, but that the said lien of the said New Liverpool Salt Company is subject and subordinate to the lien of the plaintiff. III. That the Southern Pacific Company recovered a judgment against the California Development Company in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, State of California, on the 30th day of December, 1909, for the sum of one million, five hundred and one thousand, nine hundred and three dollars and sixty-three cents ($1,501,903.-63), with interest thereon from said 30th day of December until paid, at the rate of seven per cent (7%) per annum. That the said judgment of the Southern Pacific Company is a lien upon the property hereinafter described, but that said lien of the Southern Pacific Company is subject and subordinate to: 1. The lien herein adjudged in favor of the plaintiff, and, 2. The lien herein adjudged in favor of the New Liverpool Salt Company. IV. That all of the property hereinafter described be sold as an entirety and in one parcel, for the purpose of satisfying the liens herein adjudged, and that W. H. Holabird be, and he is hereby appointed commissioner to make such sale; that he be required to file an undertaking in the sum of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00), |
