Show -8- will require a permit from the Mexican Government in order to take and hold the land to be conveyed. If, however, the Company shall be advised, and shall conclude to take my deed to said land without the necessity of obtaining such permit, I will take in that event five thousand dollars in cash, and omit entirely the one thousand dollar note of the Company mentioned in the contract; otherwise the contract to stand as it is.
