Show -18- of this Capital, injudicial decree dated the twenty-eighth of July ultimate, proceed to pro-tocolize the Act of Incorporation of the "Socie-dad de Irrigacion y Terrenos de la Baja California," executed in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, United States of America, under date of May fifteenth ultimate, which Act was acknowledged by those who subscribe before the Deputy Clerk Ed Carson, the 21st of July ult., the By-laws of said Company, the translation of the legalizations which appear in said document and the proceedings followed out in the before mentioned Second Court, by virtue of which there remains added to this Register in fifteen sheets, the Act, By-laws, translation and proceedings referred to, as well as the map attached to the Act. The witnesses to this Act are Messrs. Jose Maria Cuellar and Luis Gutierrez of this vicinity, of legal age, private employees, the first having his residence in the second street of Necatitlan, Number twenty-three and a half and the second in that of the Puente del Cuervo, Number eight, who sign in witness before me.-I attest.-Jose M. Cuellar.-Luis Gutierrez.-Manuel M. de Cha-vero.-N.P.-This third certified copy was taken from the Register of public documents in my charge at the request of the Sociedad de Irrigacion y Terrenos de la Baja California: It is in seven sheets with the proper stamps, and I hereby make known that it is appended to the principal, the note referred to by Article 57 of the Stamp Law now in force, to which are adhered canceled stamps to the value of |
