Show In the event, however, the same are not maintained, repaired, or when necessary renewed by the "Company," after demand therefor by Andrade, Andrade may after thirty days proceed and have such work done, and the cost thereof shall be a direct charge and debt against the "Company." 6. The "Company," the party of the first part, hereby agrees for itself, its successors and assigns, to furnish to the said Andrade, his heirs, successors and assigns, from its main canal, or the Salton, Carter or Paredones Rivers, all the water necessary or required (according to the common usages of that section), as the same may be called for, for domestic use and purposes, and for the irrigation of the lands located in Lower California, Republic of Mexico, now owned by the said Andrade, or which may belong to any corporation in which he may be a stockholder, except the lands which have heretofore been conveyed and transferred, or which may in the future be conveyed and transferred, to the "Company," party of the first part. Said water when desired shall be taken from the Salton or Carter or Peredones River, or the proposed Main Canal to be in the future located, constructed and owned by the "Company," at such point or points as the said Andrade may elect, and through said connecting canal or canals to be constructed by said Andrade for that purpose across the lands of the said "Company." 7. The price to be paid for such water by the said Andrade, or his successors, to the "Company," the party of the first part, may be in the future fixed and established, but such price or charge shall not be unreasonable nor exceed the lowest price which may be charged by |
