Mexico."- In the City of Los Angeles, County of the same name, State of California, United States of America, the fifteenth day of the month of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, we, the undersigned, Guillermo Andrade, Hiram W. Blaisdell and William T. Heffer-man, the first a temporary resident of Los Angeles, married, fifty-eight years of age, merchant, the second married, forty-four years of age, miner, resident of Yuma, Territory of Arizona, and the third, resident of Yuma, Territory of Arizona, unmarried, doctor, twenty-five years of age, have resolved to organize a corporation, which contract, in observance of the laws of the Mexican Republic, we set forth in writing in the terms which we have agreed upon, which are those explained in the following clauses: First: The undersigned organize a corporation, whose denomination shall be: "Sociedad Name of Corporation |
