K. Coney is Consul General of Mexico in San Francisco and that the foregoing signature is his.-Mexico, July twenty-second, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.-M. Az-piros.-A seal which says: "Department of Foreign Relations.-Mexico.-Six stamps, canceled, valuing jointly four pesos and twenty centavos.-By-laws of the Sociedad de Irriga-cion y Terrenos de la Baja California." a Corporation.- Article I. Meeting of Shareholders.-The meeting of shareholders for the election of the Board of Directors to be renewed each year and for the dispatch of any other matters which may be proper, shall take place in the principal office of the Company, in the Territory of Lower California, the first Tuesday, after the first Monday of the month of April of each year, at twelve M. The Secretary shall remit by mail to each shareholder, twenty days previous to the meeting, notice of the place and date, directed to the address of said member as it may appear on the books of the Company, |
