to that purpose, in which event the said two thousand (2,000) shares of stock shall be transferred and delivered to the President of the said California Development Company; and provided further, that in the aforementioned deed the said Andrade shall reserve and be entitled to reserve to himself and his assigns a right of way for a canal or canals, not exceeding six hundred feet in width, across the hereinbefore mentioned one hundred thousand (100,000) acre tract to be taken from the Colorado River, or from the main proposed canal of the said California Development Company for the irrigation of lands lying to the South of the said one hundred thousand (100,000) acre tract; and provided further that the party of the first part shall have the privilege of taking any and all water from any canal or canals hereafter constructed by the party of the second part upon or across the lands hereinafter mentioned sufficient for the irrigation of any and all lands of which he, the said Andrade, is now the owner, or which belong to any corporation of which he, the said Andrade, is now a stockholder, situated in Lower California, Mexico, paying therefore a price not to exceed the lowest price which may be charged by said Company to any person or persons supplied by said Company with water for the irrigation of lands wherever situated, and as a condition precedent to the execution of any deed hereunder by the said Andrade, the said Company, the party of the second part, shall execute and deliver to the party of the first part a good and sufficient agreement to supply said water to said Andrade upon the terms and conditions above specified, and binding upon the said California Development Company, its successors and assigns.
