Show -2- eral course the break in the foothills of the west bank of the Colorado River to the international boundary line between the United States and Mexico, and thence to follow the boundary line in Imperial Valley to connections with distributing systems there existing and others to be constructed. Hamilton being first duly sworn on oath says: that he is a resident of the County of Imperial, State of California, above the age of twenty-one, and is a Director of the Imperial Irrigation District, and is president of its board of Directors: that acting under and pursuant to the orders and instructions of such board of Directors, he did for such district and as its act, post a copy of the above "Notice of Appropriation of Water by Imperial Irrigation District," on the 17th day of September, 1913, at the hour of 10:50 a.m.; That said notice was securely posted in the County of Imperial, State of California, on the west bank of the Colorado River at a point about two thousand feet north of the Laguna Dam; That said notice was posted at the time and place aforesaid in the presence of C.
