Show -10- Said instrument has been duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California, in records of Mortgages of Personal property and of Deeds, also in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California in records of mortgages of Personal Property, and is in the possession of said Title Insurance and Trust Company. The total issue of bonds under said deed of trust is limited to five hundred thousand dollars, and this bond, with the coupons, shall pass by delivery, this bond shall not be valid, unless the certificate endorsed hereon shall bear the signature of the trustee. In Witness Whereof, the California Development Company has caused these presents to be signed and its name by its President and Treasurer, and to be sealed with its corporate seal, this 1st, day of July 1900. That to each of said Bonds there shall be attached interest coupons as follows: To bonds numbered 1 to 375 ten coupons, payable on the first day of July in each year, each for the sum of Four Dollars ($4.); to bonds numbered 376 to 750, ten coupons payable on the first day of July in each year, each for the sum of Sixteen Dollars ($16.); to bonds numbered 751 to 925, twenty coupons, payable on the first day of July of each year, and twenty coupons payable on the first day of January of each year, each for the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.) ; to bonds numbered 926 to 1100, thirty coupons, payable on the first day of July |
