-10- Said instrument has been duly recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Diego, State of California, in records of Mortgages of Personal property and of Deeds, also in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, State of California in records of mortgages of Personal Property, and is in the possession of said Title Insurance and Trust Company. The total issue of bonds under said deed of trust is limited to five hundred thousand dollars, and this bond, with the coupons, shall pass by delivery, this bond shall not be valid, unless the certificate endorsed hereon shall bear the signature of the trustee.
