Show -5- made, five per cent shall be set aside to form a reserve fund or to replenish such, until it amounts to a fifth part of the capital stock, as is prescribed in article 214 of the Code of Commerce above mentioned. This deduction being made, the remainder of the profits shall be divided among the shareholders in proportion to the shares they may hold. Andrade Twelfth : Guillermo Andrade states that Lands under date of August seventh, 1888, the President of the Mexican Republic, through the Department of Fomento, was pleased to issue title to him for three hundred and fifty-eight thousand two hundred and thirty-five hectaras, forty-four aras of land in the State of Sonora and in the Territory of Lower California, of which title, note was taken at page two of the proper book of the first section in said Department, and which is registered at pages 164 to 166 of the corresponding book of the Office of the Public Register of the Northern Division of Lower California and at pages 8, 9 and 90 of the First Section of the Public Register of the District of Altar, State of Sonora; that of the above mentioned lands situated in Lower California, he invests in the Company a tract which measures 40.408 hectaras, with all which in fact and by law belongs to this tract of land, its uses appurtenances and easements, just as he has possessed it, and conforming to the following description: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Rancho de los Algodones and continuing to the South 20° 30' West |
