Show -11- of each year, and thirty coupons, payable on the first day of January of each year, each for the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.) and that said coupons shall be in the following form: $16.00 The California Development Co. Interest Coupon No. 10. For Sixteen Dollars. One year's interest due on the first day of July, 1910 and payable at the Los Angeles National Bank, Los Angeles, California, or at the registered office of the Company at the option of the bearer. Bond No. A. M. Chaffey, Treasurer. Except as to number, amount and date of interest payable; and that said coupons shall be signed by the Treasurer, having a facsimile of his name engraved thereon. That each of said bonds shall have a certificate endorsed thereon, signed by the trustee hereinafter named, or its successor, to the following effect, which said form of certificate is hereby fixed and determined upon by said Board of Directors: "Trustees Certificate. This bond is one of a series of Bonds described in the deed of trust within mentioned, which said deed of trust has been duly stamped and recorded. Title Insurance and Trust Company, By................................................President."
