Show -11- said non-payment, expire and cease and determine. In the event said option to purchase is exercised within one year from the date hereof, and said sum of $60,000.00 in gold coin of the United States of America is paid to said Guillermo Andrade within said time therefor, then and in such event, parties of the second part, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, agree to execute suitable and necessary deeds and conveyances of said land to party of the first part. 4. Parties of the second part, for themselves, their heirs and assigns, hereby give and grant to party of the first part, the right, option and privilege, for two years, of purchasing in one body all of the lands now owned by-parties of the second part lying North of the said lands of-party of the first part heretofore acquired by it from parties of the second part, and between said lands and the international line between the United States and Mexico, for the sum and price of fifteen cents (15^) per acre in gold coin of the United States of America. And in the event said sum and price of 15^ per acre, gold coin of the United States of America, is paid to said Andrade, party of the second part, within said two years, then and in such event, parties of the second part shall convey by good and sufficient deeds and conveyances the said lands to said party of the first part. In the event said option to purchase is not exercised and said money paid within two years from this date, then said option to purchase shall cease and determine. 5. The said Guillermo Andrade, one of the parties of the second part, hereby agrees upon the demand of the said "Company," that he will assign (subject to the restrictions of the laws of the Republic of Mexico) to |
