-19- ings in this cause, and from doing any act or thing enabling or permitting the Southern Pacific Company to enforce against the property of the Mexican Company or against any of said property any alleged judgment or other claim of the Southern Pacific Company against the Mexican Company, and that the Southern Pacific Company be enjoined and restrained from enforcing or attempting to enforce against the Mexican Company or against any property the title to which was owned or claimed by it on the 28th day of January, 1911, any judgment or claim which the Southern Pacific Company now has or claims to have against the Mexican Company or the property of said company. XV. And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Southern Pacific Company, the Mexican Company and the New Mexican Company, their officers, agents and employees, be and they are hereby enjoined, commanded and required to do and perform whatever further act may be necessary or proper to fully vest in the purchaser or purchasers under the decree of sale herein ordered the title and control of the property and irrigation system herein described, so that the same may be maintained and operated as one system, and the jurisdiction of this cause is hereby retained for the entry of such further orders or judgments as may be necessary or proper to execute. XVI. And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Southern Pacific Company, its servants, agents, officers, attorneys and employees, be and they are hereby enjoined and restrained from taking or prosecuting any proceeding or action before any court in the republic of
