Show -9- payment is proved by means of the certificate issued by the Treasurer, which the executing parties produce and which has been attached to this instrument. Twentieth: Mrs. Luisa O. de Andrade, wife of Guillermo Andrade, being present and duly informed of the contents of this instrument, she said: that she consents to the alienation made by her husband, and that in making this declaration, neither by said gentleman nor any other party in his name, is she constrained. Twenty-First: It is understood that the value of the capital stock is the sum of sixty-two thousand five hundred pesos $62,500, as has been said, Mexican Money.
