Show CALIFORNIA DEFENDANTS Exhibit No. 133 Identification: May 6, 1957 Admitted: May 7, 1957 This Agreement, made and entered into this 6th day of March, 1899, by and between the Sociedad de Irrigacion y Terrenos de la Baja California (Sociedad Anonyma), duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of Mexico, hereafter called and known in this contract as the "Company," party of the first part, and Guillermo Andrade and Louise O. de Andrade, wife of the said Guillermo Andrade, citizens of Mexico, residing in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, U.S.A., parties of the second part, WlTNESSETH '. For and in consideration of one dollar each to the other in hand paid, the receipt of which is by each hereby acknowledged, and, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the party of the first part binds itself, its successors and assigns, and the parties of the second part bind themselves, their heirs, assigns, executors and administrators to the following agreements and stipulations, to-wit: Section One. 1. The "Company," party of the first part, hereby agrees to guarantee and assume, and does by these presents guarantee and assume and agree to redeem, according to the expressed terms thereof, as set out in the certificate, certain land scrip sold and issued to Guillermo Andrade by The California Development |
