-17- in anywise dispose of, or from suffering any claim of any nature whatsoever intended for their benefit or the benefit of either of them to be asserted against the property of the Mexican Company, or the property the title to which, or any interest in which, was in the Mexican Company at the date of the purported sale of the property of the Mexican Company to the New Mexican Company on the 28th day of January, 1911, or from in anywise participating in any transaction whatever with reference to the said property intended to change or which would or might in anywise change the title, status or ownership of said property, or any part thereof or interest therein. XL And it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Southern Pacific Company and the New Mexican Company be required, and they are hereby commanded and enjoined, to do and perform all acts and things necessary or proper in order to vest in the purchaser at said sale the title to all the shares of stock of the New Mexican Company, and to do and perform every act and thing which it is in the power of either of them to do in order to turn over to said purchaser at said sale the control and management of the property the title to which, or any interest in which, was in the Mexican Company on the 28th day of January, 1911. XII. It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Southern Pacific Company, its officers, agents, attorneys and employees, be, and they are hereby restrained and enjoined from claiming any of the property of the Mexican Company under or by virtue of the pretended sale of January 28, 1911, or from exercising either through the Southern Pacific Company, New Mexican Company
