-15- (12') seven seconds (7") east four thousand one hundred and ninety metres (4190m.) to point of beginning, containing forty thousand four hundred and eight (40408) hectares more or less, heretofore conveyed to the said Mexican Company by Guillermo Andrade; also the right of way heretofore granted, conveyed and to be conveyed by Guillermo Andrade to the Mexican Company along, over and upon the lands or channel situated in Lower California, Republic of Mexico, known as the Salton or Carter River, and extending through the land lying south of the hereinbefore described parcel of land and intended to be used by the Mexican Company as a portion of its Main Canal and also the right to occupy and take possession of Volcano Lake, in Lower California, Republic of Mexico, and the outlets thereof and inlets thereto, and the right to take water therefrom and the right to construct canals across the lands of Guillermo Andrade for the purpose of conveying the water from Volcano Lake to the lands hereinbefore described; also all lands or canals and rights of way for canals which may be hereafter acquired by the Company in the State of California, United States of America, and all easements appurtenant to the same, and also all buildings, structures, tools and personal property, situated on lands in the State of California, United States of America, now owned or hereafter acquired, and also all its franchises, concessions and irrigation system now owned or hereafter acquired. To have and to hold the above described land, corporation stock, rights, franchises, property and appurtenances, unto the said Trustee, party of the second part, and its successors and assigns forever; In trust nevertheless for the equal pro rate benefit and security of all and each of the persons or corporations
