Show -16- Judge of the Second Civil Court.-I, the lawyer Ignacio Sepulveda, before you with due respect declare: that I have received the document which in the original I have the honor to lay before the Court, by which document a corporation was formed under the name of "Sociedad de Irrigacion y Terrenos de la Baja California," whose domicile was fixed as Los Algodones, jurisdiction of Ensenada, Northern Division of Lower California.-The Company is incorporated subject to the disposition of the Code of Commerce of the Mexican Republic, it will operate in said Republic and therefore said instrument should be protocolized and registered: it is written in the Spanish language, but as one of the legalizations is in English, I appeal to your Justice, asking that you may please name an expert to make the comparison of this legalization and its translation into Spanish, which I also present, and that in due time, you may cause the instrument and other documents which I present to be protocolized, as well as the proceedings to be followed out in the registers of the Notary Mr. Manuel Chavero, whom I also appoint to act.-I protest the necessary.-Mexico, July Twenty-seventh, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight.-I.
