Show -60- with the investigation being made by your Department relating to the alleged encroachment of the Imperial Land Company upon the water of the Colorado River near Yuma, Arizona, and requesting a report on Mr. Follett's latest observations, made of the Colorado River at low water stage, and to inform you that a copy of your request has been sent to General Anson Mills, International Water Boundary Commission. I have the honor to be, Sir, Your obedient servant, John Hay. On May 9, 1903, the Secretary of State transmitted to this Department the second report of Engineer Follett.
