Show -31- of the State of California, upon application of the Company upon reasonable notice to the bond holders given by publication in a daily paper published in Los Angeles City, or otherwise. In witness whereof, on the day and year first above written, said California Development Company has caused its corporate name to be hereto subscribed by George Chaffey, its President and A. M. Chaffey, its Secretary, and its corporate seal to be affixed by said Secretary; and that the Title Insurance and Trust Company, to evidence its acceptance of the trust hereby created, and in execution hereof, has also caused its corporate name to be hereto subscribed by William H. Allen Jr., its President, and O. P. Clark, its Secretary, and its corporate seal affixed by said Secretary; and such execution in each case having been duly authorized.
