The amount of water which applicant desires to appropriate under this application is as follows: (a) For diversion to be directly applied to beneficial use without storage 8,000 cubic feet per second, to be 1 cubic foot per second equals 40 statute miner's inches or 646,317 gallons per day diverted from January 1st to December 31 of each season. Recreational use may be deemed to include all uses incidental to a resort such as domestic, boating, fish culture, etc. other uses purposes.
