Antennae, palpi, head, and abdomen reddish testaceous; thorax and fore wings dark red ; reniform spot brown; a discal, sinuous, reddish-brown line, and the space between this line and the outer border paler than the rest of the wing: hind wings whitish testaceous ; both wings with the marginal border reddish brown, with brown marginal points ; fringe pale pinkish luteous, interrupted with reddish brown. Underside pale reddish testaceous, with the costa of both wings |
