MIXORNIS CAGAYANENSIS, Guillemard. 2 • Abai, N. Borneo ? This individual agrees with those obtained on the island of Cagayan Sulu (vide infrd, p. 419). The present example is without any tinge of chestnut on the upper surface. The striping appears almost entirely confined to the throat. Wing 6*1 centims., tail 6-0 centims.; bill from gape 1*8 centims., tarsus 1*9 centims.
