BLACKMAR: Q Just tell me briefly, please, about that trip and its start and termination. A We started at Green River, Wyoming; we entered Utah at Flaming Gorge, or at Smith ferry; we traversed a series of canyons known as Flaming Gorge, Horseshoe, Swallow, Red canyon, and part of Brown's Park; then we came back into Utah at Whirlpool canyon, going through Rainbow and Island Park, through Split Mountain canyon down into that Jensen country. Then we entered Desolation canyon, Gray canyon; that is the end. Q Now, you have heard these other witnesses detail their difficulties in that section of the river.
