Q 412 A That is a point above Warm creek come ten or twelve miles after we got our boats righted up and dried up, after the boat capsized. Q That is the launch and the row boat? A That is the launch and the row boat, yes sir. Q Exhibits 413. A That is after we got the row boat ashore, just before we got the water out of it, just after it had capsized. Q At what point was that taken? A That is at the same point, just above Warm creek. MR. BLACKMAR: Those are offered in evidence. MR. FARNSWORTH: No objection. BY MR.
