When you used the condition as you had observed it in front of your cabin there, in order to illustrate what you meant in your direct examination, you gave his Honor that illustration because you thought it would reflect the condition of the river with respect to variability in general, isn't that true? I don't know how to answer it any other way. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I think that answers the question, Mr. Farnsworth; he stated in his direct examination he gave as one illustration of what was happening in this river, what happened in front of his place there. I don't understand him to say that was the only kind of thing that happened at other points, or that what happened at other points happened the same number of times they happened in front of this place.
