Q How did you get it up into White canyon? A With teams, fixed up the old road and moved it up. Q A distance of how far from the Colorado river? A About thirty miles. Q What sized boat was this ferry boat? A About twenty- eight feet long, and twelve feet wide. Q Can you tell me about how much of a draft it had? A I think about fifteen inches.
