CROSS EXAMINATIOIN resumed by Mr. Farnsworth, as follows: Q Mr. Raplee, you may have said so on direct, but I don not recollect it if you did; how many oil permits do you have on the river, or did you have on the river? A Well, let's see, -- I think it is five. Q And approximately where are those located, Mr. Raplee? A Well, they are located from -- let's see -- the mouth of lion creek down as far as the bridge. Q Which bridge is that A The bridge goes across the San Juan; there is only one bridge. Q Where is that bridge with respect to Chinle creek? A It is down the river west from Chinle; on, I guess it is twenty miles down there to those claims. Q There are a great number of other structures on the San Juan are there not, oil structures? SPECIAL MASTEWR: What is your question, Mr. Farnsworth? Q There are a great number of other oil structures on the San Juan, are there not, besides those covered by your permit? A Yes; way back from the river, you know, ten or twelve miles. Q Are those the only structures that are located right on the river bed? A No, there is others. BY THE SPECIAL MASTER: Q What is that?
