Q Now. do you know of anybody else on that same day or about that time having ridden up the river? A No, I don't think -- well, there might somebody else have rode up the river, all right, but I didn't see anybody; I was alone. MR. FARNSWORTH: We are not going to question the fact that on one occasion within the memory of man the river ran dry there, on one occasion. BY MR. BLACKMAR: Q Did you know a man down there by the name of Zonn? A Yes. Q Did Mr. Zonn take a ride on the river bed? A Do what? Q Did he ride a horse up the river bed? A No, it was his brother- in- law. Q His brother- in- law? A Yes. Q And when was that with reference to the time that you rode in the river bed? A Well, it was at the same time, almost.
