Show Adams- D 428 A Well, they got them from Durango, Colorado. Q Did you have any articles that you sent out, merchandise that you sent out from that country? A No, there was nothing sent out from that country to amount to anything. Q Didn't you send cut wool? A No, not at that particular time; we had some cattle, we used to drive them out. Q Where would you drive them to? A They went to Durango, and Mancos, mostly Durango. Q Did you personally ever get any supplies by way of the river? A No sir. Q Did you ever hear of anybody getting any that way? A No sir. Q Did you ever know of the Indians using that river for trading or traveling except to ferry across? A No sir. Q Have you had considerable contact with the Navajo Indians? A Well, some; I ran a trading post there at one time. Q Where was that trading post located?
