CAPITULO I. 1: De lru calidadcs y condiciones de las personas conjunlas por parcntesco. EL PADRE es Ia primera rafz y ccpa del parentesco: Ia propiedad de este, es cl ser diligcnte y cuidadoso, que con su perscvcrancia rija su casa, y Ia ~ustente. El buen padre cria y mru1tiene a sus hijos, dales buena crianza y rloctrina, riiielos, y dales buenos consejos y cjemplos, haec tesoro para ellos y guarda; tiene cucnta con el gasto de su casa, y arregla a sus hijos con el, y provee las cosas de adelante. La propiedad del mal padre es, ser perezoso, descuidado, ocioso, no se cura de nadic, deja por flojera de hacer lo que es obligado, y picrde el tiempo en valde. La propicdad de Ia madre, es tener hijos y darles leche:.
