Despite the interest of the complex of structures, the fact that most are severely destroyed or at least have their integrity seriously threatened or jeopardized, it isn't likely that it would be a successful nomination. Another route would be for the city to place the site on their city register which would line it up for certain types of recognition. Just because its old and has interesting history doesn't mean it is intact enough for inclusion on the registrar sorry to say. The tricky part of this nomination, if you are going to push it forward would be to rewrite and greatly strengthen the significance section tying it directly and specifically to as many different criteria (as listed in the materials I gave you) as possible. I would be happy to look at a draft and comment on it if you choose to take that route .
