This contract was executed before the Seven-Party Agreement. Article 10 provides for a charge of 25 cents per acre-foot for water delivered to the District during the Boulder Dam cost repayment period. A similar charge appears in the San Diego contract of February 15, 1933, but does not appear in the California agricultural use contracts. September 28, 1931, Ilr-645, supplemented and amended the above agreement by incorporating Article I of the Seven-Party Agreement which, among other things, increased the quantity of Colorado River water to be delivered to MWD by the United States from 1,050,000 acre-feet per year to 1,100,000 acre-feet per year. |
