Show ' The resolutions adopted by the Art Section of the Utah L State Teachers' Association concerning Mrs. Virginia Snow Stephen were, on motion, received and filed. Adjournment was taken. inn/4 Secretary. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, February 16,1916. The following recommendation of President Kingsbury was approved by the signature of each member of the Execup tive Committee, and by Regents Lund and Villiams for the School of Education: " - February 16,1916. To the Committe of the School of Education, Board of Regents, University of Utah. Gentlemen: In conjunction with the Administrative Roylance Council, I recommend- that Professor In. G. Roylance be employed in the Extension Department of the University the remainder of the year, at a salary of $500.00. or this amount $250.00 shall be paid from the Extension income, and the other $250.00 from the amount already appropriated to the Extension Department by the Board of Regents; that Professor Roylance work in con- nection with the Department of Education among the High Schools of the State, in making an educational survey, etc., of as many cities and towns as possible during the time for which he is engaged.
