The President was also authorized to arrange for students to act as guards early in the evenings and in the mornings during this month when the regular guards are not on duty. A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Regents was held in the Directors‘ room of the Deseret National Bank at 9:00 a. m., Wednesday, November 10, 1915. PreSent, Chairman Young and Regents Bamberger, Arm-‘\ strong, Williams, and Van Cott. President Kingsbury was . also present.‘ The meeting was called to consider various recommendations of the President, prominent among which was the depart- ment budget for the present school year.
