A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Regents was held in the Director's room of the Dessret :National Bank at 9:00 a. m., Tuesday, December 7th, 1915. ' Of the committee there were present, and Regents Man Cott and Williams. Chairman Young President Kingsbury was also present. The following recommendations of President Kingsbuny were Stewart adopted: Miss Charlotte Stewart was employed to do extension irork in Physical Education and to nceive as her compensation g80 per cent of the fees received from the students in her Beal iclasses; the one hundred dollars of Professor Beal's salary which was to have been paid from the extension funds, was ordered paid from the general maintenance account; and two undred dollars, Laboratory for Laney or so much of it as might be needed, was gppropriated to fix up the north room of the old boiler ouse as a laboratory for Dr. F. B. Laney, Metallurgical icroscopist of the U. S. Bureau of Mines.
