The-standing committees of the Board of Regents shall be as follows: Executive Committee, Committee on FaCulty helations, Finance COmmittew, Building'Committee, Committee on Grounds, Committee, Student Activities Committee, Student Welfare Committee on School of Arts and Sciences, Committee .on School of Mines, Committee on School of Education, Committee on School of Medicine and Committee on School of Law. With the exception of the Emecutive Committee, the Building Committee, and the Committee on Faculty helations, all com- mittees shall consist of three members, who are to be appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Regents, subject toithe apprev~ al of the Board. The Board may at any time create special 0 committees for such purposes and in such manner as it may deem; proper.
