Upon motion of Regent Bamberger, second Regent Williams , professors of the University of Utah and their wives will be permitted to register at the University upon the payment of a registration fee of fifty cents each. ("Professors" is here meant to include all instructors, but not assistants, or student assistants.) . ' J Upon motion of Regent Williams..second Regent Van Cott, the University was authorized to give courses by correspond- ence charging as the registration fee, $10. 00 for work up . to six hours credit and $1. 50 extra for each additional hour' '5 credit.
