Show not been his custom to consult with the deans or other members of the Faculty about the dropping of another member from the 'faculty list, but had always thot the person dropped should Dropping Members be informed privately so that he could resign or withdraw if he wished without having the reason generally made known. The President called attention to some of the fallacies Holman‘s in Dean Holman‘s speech at the Commercial Club, and said it Address Would‘take too much time to answer all of them. He said he intends to reply to the address thru the papers. Regent Van Cott reported progress in his efforts to meet Harmony resigning faculty members with the view of harmonizing the differences which exist. On motion, adjournment was taken. Secretary.
