April 17, 1915. ,A special meeting of the Board of Regents of the Uni- versity of Utah was held in the Directors' room of the Deseret National Bank to consider the report of the Gommit.tee appointed at a previous meeting, to submit for considera- tion of the Board answers to the questions propounded by Dr. A. O. Lovejoy,erting Secretary of the American Associa- tion of University Professors. There were present, Chairman Riter, and Regents Van Cott, Lund, Kingshury, Young, Williams,Gemmell, Armstrong, holapp, Mattson, Bamberger, and Porter. 1 A communication recoxmending Mr. K. K. Steffenson for Dean of the School of Law was referred to the special committee on that school. On motion of Regent Rolapp, the Board went into Committee of the Whole to consider the answers to the questions asked by Dr. Lovejoy. Regent Young was called to the chair. The maj- ority of the committee having in charge the answers to these questions submitted a report.
