Show SPECIAL MEETING, February 14, ‘ ' 46.; 1916. 'A special meeting of the Board of Regents was held in the 'Directors':Room of the-Deseret National Bank at 4 o'clock p.m.. February 14, 1916. There were present, Chairman Riter and Regents Lund, Armstrong, Kingsbury, Van Cott, Bamberger, Porter, Middleton, and Young. The minutes of the meeting held January 20th, amended by striking out the following: Minutes Amended "Although, to the views of a majority of the Regents present, and 1916, were according the article Approved contained misstatements of fact, minority." As amended, as an act of courtesy to the these minutes and the minutes of the other meetings were approved as sent to the Regents. 0n the recommendation of the Finance Committee, Activity Fees the President's suggestions for a better accounting system for the Student Activity money, was referred to the Committee on Student Activities. Trips out of the State The following statement from Hon. David Mattson, Secretary ' of the State Board of Examiners, was read: to " I am directed by the State Board of Examiners of the request that in the future you advise it when any members of your Board, or employees of your Institution, ial are contemplating a trip out of the State on offic before business, and to secure the approval of this Board 'authority to make such trip is given." was deAfter careful consideration of this request, it ?
