So, you see, it's a matter in context of the question that I can answer that. It's not an overall which comes first, religion or being an American . See, both have been great and good to me, as I see it, but each in its own sphere, and how the hell do you ,.., make a choice between one or the other[ If I could make that choic€ . it would be easier for me to go to Israel and abandon the United States if the choice was to be made. The Israeli military was sending people in through here all the time; contacting Jews with military experience for positions in the Israeli army. But, I couldn't go for two reasons; number one I couldn't leave my mother, I was my mother's total support, and I had no way of replacing her income if something happened to me. |
