The third In» [tgllmtllh The third Coat of the Skull is the Membramz Camoflz, which is very thin in this place, enclofing the fourth Integument of the Pericranium ( in its lower region ) to which it is fal'tned by many minute membranous Fibrils, tying thefe Coats one to another, and this covering of the Membrane Carnaja (next in order) as well as thicknefs to the Skin, is endued with many Helhy Fibres, which give firength to this [ntegument, as well as motion, which is found in other parts of the Membrane Carnofa in Beafis.
