FARNSWORTH: Q I show you a picture marked Exhibit 29, and ask you if that is the big barge with horses on it? A Yes sir. Q What does Defendant's Exhibit 30 show? A That is one of the oil rigs, I think it is No. 2. Q Shafer No. 2? A Yes sir. Q Did you ever have occasion to haul camp supples for cattle outfits down the river? A Yes sir, a few times. Q Was the barge ever used for carrying the outfits of cattle men from one side of the stream to the other? A Yes sir. Q At points down stream? A Yes sir. Q And have you taken supplies down to cattle outfits at various points down stream? A Yes sir. Q How far down? A Well, the main place we hauled grain, for Mal Stewart, down to his camp, was about half way between No. 1 and No. 2 |
